Step 1: Initial Inspection
After initial pickup of your rug, we conduct a detailed inspection and provide a Free quote to the customer.
Step 2: Thorough Dusting
Our cleaning technicians will dust the rug using compressed air and applying pressure on our rug rack. Removing loose dust and dirt is essential before initiating the cleansing process.
Step 3: Water immersion, solution application, scrub and rinse.
After a thorough dusting, we immerse the rug into our water and cleansing solution. The rug is hand-washed by a trained technician. Hand washing will bring back color and vibrancy to the rug, particularly if the rug was in a high traffic area. Our cleaning process does not result in any dye bleeds or discoloring. This process removes all dirt, grease and debris.
Step 4: Stain scrub
After initial cleaning, we then use a specific solution for stains, grease marks and imperfections. After removing specific stains, the rug is then air dried. The drying process depends on the type of rug as well as the size of the rug. Some rugs are hung while drying, while some are laid flat.
Step 5: Rug brushing and combing
While the rug is drying, our skilled technician will brush the rug and comb it. This process will produce a like new look, restore the softness of the rug and bring back the color.
Step 6: Rug Vacuum and final inspection.
After the rug is dried, the final step is a thorough vacuum to collect any loose fibers. A skilled technician then conducts a detailed inspection of the rug before authorizing the rug to be returned to the customer.
Step 7: Delivery back to the customer.
Upon returning the rug to the customer, our technicians will gladly move any furniture in the home or work place to return the rug to its original location.
